The machine tool and the beam adopt welded steel structure, and especially heat treated. The structure is firm and can bear long time working.
It adopts automobile paint which has better erosive-resistant ability.
The total weight of the machine is 6 T, including the peripheral equipment and electric cabinet.
It is transported by spindle driven by synchronous belt and synchronous belt-wheel through Mitsubishi AC servo-motor. There is lubricating system in both the screw nut and the sliding blocks of the guide-rail.
Screw: All the ball screws are high quality series double-nut screw.
Guide-rail: Exact roll guide-rail is quad-directional load straight-line guide-rail from Germany or Japan or Taiwan.
There is a multi-location working table with size ***0****0mm in front of the machine. The working table is covered by a rubber layer with thickness *5 mm which is automatically and precisely treated to keep a flat working table. The working table equips positioning blocks and vacuum system. There are **2 air-absorbing holes in the vacuum working area.
There is a *-knife tool library at both the left and right side of the machine. According to the processing requirement, the quantity of the knives can be chosen and the working route can be optimized.
Motor of the main spindle: It adopts Shanghai Futian IAG/VGF series 5.5 KW asynchronous speed-adjusting specialized sensor motor. The rotating speed range of the main spindle is 0 ~ ***0 rpm.
There are *0 ISO*0 knife handles equipped with the machine. The cone part adopts 7:*4 international uniform standard. It is easy to be changed. The maximum outer diameter of the grinding wheel is **0 mm. Note: when automatically changing the knives, the working pressure is 7 bar.
