Application:

This machine is mainly used for drilling of H-beam,Channel steel,box-beam etc, with CNC controls, servo motor drives the positioning ,feeding of three drilling spindle .Feeding by dolly with high efficiency and precision, it can be widely used for buildings, Bridges, power station boiler, parking equipment, ocean oil Wells tower platform, mast steel structure industry.

 

Machine structure and Mechanism

This machine includes main machine, CNC slide(3) ,Stoke- control drilling head(3) ,clamping,detection devices,CNC feeding dolly, infeeding andoutfeeding channel .coolingsystems, Chipping box etc.

u  The bed is square steel tubes weldedtogether to strengthen the larger force structure of the bed, the completion ofthe weld artificial aging treatment, these are very good to ensure thestability of the bed, thus ensuring the accuracy of the entire machine.

The spindle motor drive frequency control for a wide range, andspeed in a wide range of variable speed, to meet a variety of speed demand.
