Production Description:
The high precision of work processing is ensured by using a high precision level seamless (ABBA) ball screw and linear guide rail;
The screw is directly connected to the servo motor by using a precision coupler so as to ensure the high precision of transmission;

The streamlined design of the full stainless steel shell, the protection system with beautiful and perfect appearance and the special water-proof and sand-proof design can effectively prevent water and sand and thereof of the machine is more durable;
The maintenance of the machine is simple and convenient by using a device of centralized automatic lubrication system.

2. Perfect Filtration of hydraulic system

Double filtration of hydraulic system to ensure operational safety

The hydraulic system is equipped with oil temperature detection device. The machine will stop working automatically when the temperature exceeds 50℃.

There is high and low pressure display instrument in the instrument panel. Electro connecting pressure gauge gives alarms in case of under-pressure.

The system is equipped with function of multiple high-pressure protection

(1) Over pressure protection o f low pressure system

(2) High-pressure safety valve on the high pressure system

(3) The **0Mpa system is also equipped with high pressure sensor, allowing electronic display and overpressure protection

3. Sophisticated High and Low Pressure Sealing System

Rigid conical seals are adopted for low pressure hoses, which can ensure pressure of up to **1Mpa and are easy for maintenance and durable. 

The specially chosen ceramic-coating piston-rods can bear high pressure, have good sealing performance and are abrasion resistant.

Its high-pressure sealing rings are made from imported high-strength nylon materials which enjoy a service life of up to **0 hours.
