It is of air cooling, four-stage compression, stage 1 and 2of the shaft with single action, and stage 3 and 4 of cover with single action, packing of piston rod, and tight structure. The compressor features in the little power consumption, low noise, small vibration, high reliability, and easy operation, etc.

The compressor mainly consists in the compressor, motor, belt transmission system, air system, buffering separator between stages, cooling system, safety protection, skid mount package, metal protection case, operation gauge system, appliance device, etc.

3. Automatic Control

1)    The compressor adopts self-coupling pressure lowering start which is      controlled by relay.

2)    If the discharging pressure of last stage is higher than the set-up value, the compressor   stops and warns.

3)    If the oil pressure is lower than the set-up value, the compressor stops and warns.

4)    If the motor is overload, short of phase, it stops and warns.

4. Supplying Arrange

Compressor, explosion-proof motor, cooling device for stage 1 to stage 4, the safety valves for suction and stage 1 to stage 4, explosion-proof control case, controlling components, gauge, gas system, transmission system, metal protection case and skip-mount frame, non explosion-proof starting control case, spareparts, documents.

5. Compressor’s Installation

The compressor is fixed by general frame. All the parts of the compressor are installed on the same bottom frame which makes the delivery easier. The compressor need to installing on the flat cement ground. If the condition can not meet the request, the user needs to adopt the suitable method.

The appliance control case should be installed at the non explosion-proof area.
