CO2 radio frequency laser is one kind of gas lasers, laser wavelength for 1.**4um,belongs to the mid-infrared spectrum frequency range, and has large power and higher electro-optics conversion rates ,which use CO2  gas as the work material. When filled into discharge tubes with CO2 and other auxiliary gas together, loading high voltage in the electrode, thus glow discharge will take place in discharge tube, then can make the gas molecule release laser. After beam expanding and focusing of the  liberative laser energy, we can conduct laser processing through deflection given by scanning vibrating mirror.
