Used in shampoos, bath products and skin cleansers as well as in detergent formulations. It is a versatile and effective additive to soap or synthetic based products to promote and stabilise lather, to increase detergency and to impart mildness to the skin. It is an exceptional foam builder in shampoo and bubble bath formulations in which it functions as a stabiliser and thickening agent. The different between PKDE and PKME is PKDE is in Liquid Form and PKME is in Flake Form. PKDE is more appropriate to apply on glycerine soap because of it's natural transparent look. Meanwhile, PKME is more suitable to apply on opaque soap which will effect the soap to have a pearly look.
