Pin-Barrel cold feed rubber extruder with different head and different technical parameter of screw can extrude tread,pipe,cable and so on.
 
 
2.structure brief:
1.screw:material is *8CrMoALA,nitration depth 0.5~0.7mm,hardness HV*******0.Between the spline and reducer main shaft connection,the inside hold with circulate water for cooling.
 
2barrel part:this parts are mainly made of pin barrel feed zone barrel and feeding unit.
(1feeding zone barrel:this parts are mainly made of back body, bush ,adopts clip type cast steel structure..
 A.back body:adopts cast steel manufacturing,at the same time the cast with cavity,through the circulate water.The bush and feed unit are fix on the back body inside.
 B.bush :material for *8CrMoAlA,bushing structure for continuous,after the temperature and surface nitriding process,surface hardnessHRC*5~*0,hardness depth 0.5~0.7mm.
(2feeding unit:this parts are made of feeding roll,feeding roll cover ,bedplate bearing,ear,bearing,doctor blade.the feeding roll surface nitriding process,there is made of stock blender on the side of feeding roll,avoid the material into support bearing.Set on doctor blade,in order to keep the material out off roll surface.The doctor blade fix on barrel and the roll nip will be adjustment the feeding mouth can be open rotary.Feeding roll bearing adopts oil lubrication the feeding unit driven for hard surface,and feeding roll can be through water for cooling .
(3pin barrel :material for *8CrMoAlA,surface nitriding process,inside surface HRC*5~*0,hardness depth 0.5~0.7mm;around axial bearing,through the circulate temperature water,are mainly used for roll body heating and cooling.
 
3.motor
Motor for DCZ4series,constant torque output.
 
4.reducer :
The reducer for hard surface ,driven accuracy for6 grade.With gear force lubrication system,have the function of spray and oil cooling.
 
5.temperature control :
Four zone control:screw zone,plastic zone,extrude zone,head machine zone,feeding zone and feed roll cooling water directly.
Circulate  cooling medium for factory cooling water;
PID control the adjustment temperature ;
With the automatic exhaust device unit;
The electromechanical intergration structure,voltage for 3P .
