We give advice on the appropriate legal and tax structure to protect the investors and minimize tax exposure. We assist in opening bank accounts for the initial flow of investments. We can act as nominee directors, incorporators and corporate secretary. We assist in registering the company with all the government agencies concerned considering the industry it is engaged in.
