The biomass pellet production line is designed for wood sawdust material for the Korean customer, it also suitable for any other materials, widely applied to many different pressure ratio materials by adjusting the pressure between roller and die. the material can be wood sawdust, rice husk, bagasse, cottonseed hull mixed with some fiber, palm fiber, waste paper, agriculture stalk, straw, etc.
 
The pellet line machine is our patent in China, combine advantages of both flat die pellet machine and horizontal ring die pellet machine, unique design, vertical double layer die, high capacity, enlarge spare part lifetime. and this is a new structure in the world, vertical feeding but use ring die.
the machine make pellets density of 1.**1.4 ton/m3, diameter ***2mm. accord to European DIN+ standard.
