Diameter sizing and cooling system designed with special techniques take water film lubrication and pendular water ring cooling ,it can meet with the HDPE requirement which assures the roundness of the pipes with big wall thickness at a high production speed ,Vacuum tank with multi-ection control can ensure the dimension and roundness of HDPE pipe .High strength spiral steel wire with double directions and layers .Advanced techniques ensures good adhensive performance between inside and outside layer as well as steel wire with double reinforced layer .Particular structure of the longer vacuum sizing cylinder can ensure the stability in high-speed working .The worldwide famous frequency converter is employed in the driving control system ensuring stability ,precision and reliable transmission .
