The oil cylinder is at the top of the load frame, tension space is at the downside of the load frame, and compression and bending space is between upper clamp stand and oil cylinder base. The upper clamp stand move to adjust the testing space.
The machine adopts ourselves developed hydraulic servo measuring and control system, load is measured by oil pressure transducer, PC screen display the load, deformation, and testing curves. The system can realize various control modes, such as uniform speed testing load, uniform speed deformation, uniform speed displacement, load holding, displacement holding etc. Auto calculate all kinds of testing data in accordance with GB/T*******2, and print diverse testing report(customized), also users can easily edit their own report form.
