1.After-sale service:

1)Within a year: 

a.If machine parts is broken,we can send the needed parts to our customer for free. 

b.We provide the installation,commissioning and training service in customer's factory,whilecustomerneeds to pay for VISAapplication, flight ticket,accommodation, USD**0/day/person as labor fee,and (if necessary)translating fee for our technician. 

2)After one year:

 a.If machine parts is broken,we need to charge our customer for the required parts.

 b.If we send our technician to customer's factory for maintenance,customer also needs to pay USD**0/day/person as service charge,as well as the fee of VISA application, 

flight ticket,accommodation,and(if necessary)translating fee for our technician.

2.Warranty:For the machine above,we provide one year warranty starting from the moment we dispatch the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each part,please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the damage incurred by the cutomer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range. 

Voltage:Our country's voltage is **0v/*0HZ,**0v/*0HZ. Please be sure to tell us your country's rated voltage before shipping.
