 Self-load system

• 1 Adopt double link oil pump
• Engine power: KUBOTA *6.5kw, made in Japan.
• 2 Import multi-way proportional direction valve: multi-way proportional direction valve with manual control, DANFOSS from Denmark
• 3 Electrical control
• 3.1 Adopt *2V control power
• 3.2 Electrical part includes main electrical control box and portable type hand-operated box.
• 3.2.1 Hand-operated box handle is front and back push-draw mode. It is light and easy to carry and operate. Its function is to control cylinder to realize every operation and control engine accelerator. It also can realize to cut over of cylinder speed, over-load warning shown and control. When over-load occurs, automatic stop and keep current state.
• 3.2.2 Main electrical control box has double way pneumatic control valve in order to control rotating speed of engine.
• 4 Function
• 4.1 This system adopts double oil pump and converging valve to realize fast and slow speed control and two units multi-way proportional direction valve control.
• 4.1.1 This system can realize landing gear and main beam single action or work together through selecting and manual switching to realize converging or non-converging.
• 4.1.2 This system can realize main beam cutting over between high speed under non-load or low speed under heavy load through selecting and manual switching to realize non-load and heavy load.
• 4.1.3 Lift of this system can divide into two gear, *0T and *0T, realize safely lift according to landing rear position, and control Max. lift capacity as per landing gear sensor feedback signal to avoid tip under over-load.
• 4.2 Hydraulic lock and single and double balance valve are fixed directly on cylinder in order to work safely.
• 4.3 Left side of the whole system control 5pc cylinders, ride side of the whole system control another 5pc cylinders, total *0pc cylinders.
• 4.4 Considering badly working environment and high operation frequency, main hydraulic units adopt import multi-way proportional direction valve and hydraulic oil pump, other hydraulic auxiliary parts adopt domestic good quality hydraulic units.
• 4.5 This system has pressure sensor and equipment running buzzer warning marker.
• 4.6 According to different position of landing gear, the system has two different lifting capacity to avoid overload and fault.
