Conveyor belt vulcanizer*-vulcanizing machine and tools for repairing & splicing rubber, fabric, nylon and steel cord belt.
BW range for standard machine: **0 mm to ***0 mm, with aluminium alloy cross bars; if BW>***0 mm, we suggest to choose iron or steel cross bars;
We can design the press as per clients' requirement for different usage.


1. Vulcanization pressure: ≤1.5Mpa;
2. Vulcanization temperature: **5 ℃;
3. Difference in surface temperature of vulcanized plate: ± 5 ℃;
4. Calefactive time (at normal temperature to **5 ℃): ≤*0 mins;

6. Output power of Electronic Control Box: *6 KW;
7. Temperature adjustment range: 0 to **0 ℃;
8. Timing adjustment range: 0 to *9 min;
9. After the pressurization of 0.8 MPa, the gap between upper and lower heating plate is not more than 0.4 mm.
