Electrolytic Copper Cathodes Purity *9.*9%, as per inspection certificate issued by CCIC, SGS, or equivalent at Seller's cost in Dar-es-Salaam, Port in Tanzania, Africa; including (quality, weight, photos) at port of loading shall meet the following specifications.   It is understood that the secured payment instrument must be in place prior to said inspection.

CLAUSE **-Payment Instrument: 

 

The payment for the entire contract value shall be in form of a Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-Transferable, Divisible, Assignable, Revolving, Fully Funded (Stand-By) Letter of Credit and/or a Bank Guarantee / or arrangements for cash payments (Buyers Choice) for the total quantity of each shipment of ten thousand metric tons (*0,**0 MT) per month. The payment instrument shall be issued and confirmed by prime banks in either Western Europe, Canada or the United States or an institution acceptable to Seller's satisfaction.  Immediate cash payment by SWIFT wire prior to loading  of each shipment  is also acceptable, terms and conditions per contract
