4.     Major forging facilities : oil hydraulic press(***0T), electrical hydraulic hammer( 5T)and air hammer(**0kg,1T), Rolling Mills（Φ**0）
5.     Manufacturing process: smelting(outsourcing ingot)→Inspection →cutting→heating → forging → Inspection→Heat treatment  → Inspection → rough machining → UT → 2nd Heat treatment (Quenching and Tempering) →mechanical property tests (our own laboratory)→ Reports, package and delivery
6.     Delivery status:rough turned of final machining
7.     Inspection:chemical composition analysis;ultrasonic test; magnetic powder test if required; dimension test; mechanical property test
8.     Quality documents: all the above test will be reported and the heat treatment process will be recorded.
