Sales of craft beers, those beers produced by smaller breweries (under 6 million barrels per year), has continued to grow around the world because the beers offer unique flavors that separate them from the larger breweries that, over the years, have lost their uniqueness as they all strove for a similar taste.

Here is a sampling of what we have to offer.

HopFive IPA
Our IPA sparkles with effervescence, the result of natural bottle conditioning, a process where the beer is double-fermented in each bottle or  keg. Brewed with a blend of five hop varieties; Bravo, Willamette, Mount Hood, English Progress, and as-harvested whole-cone Liberty Hops. Our HOPFIVE  IPA presents a floral, Pine-like, aroma and full hop flavor. The beer features a signature golden glow.

ABV 6.0 %  *5 IBU

Pils-Noir
We are pleased to share our innovative black Pilsner, Pils-Noir. Made from Pearl (Winter) barley, malted for our brewer by Muntons, CaraMalt and Crystal malts, prepared using our brewer's unique, husk-free milling process. Then the beer is naturally darkened using the classic Czech technique of decoction mashing. Hopped with Oregon Willamette, Mt. Hood and Washington hops, and finished with noble Czech Saaz for a fine aroma.

*3 IBUS 5.4% ABV

Goldencold Lager
Goldencold Lager is a refreshing, German-inspired beer. Brewed with Pilsner malt and a small amount of Sauermalz to bring out a traditional, rounded note. A unique milling and mashing process known as Endosperm mashing is used, along with classic decoction. By separating the husk from the mash, it allows our brewer to brew a beer delicate in flavor and texture. Bavarian Hallertau Tradition, and Hallertau Perle hops make for a crisp, classic and nuanced bitterness that brings our corner of NEPA a little closer to you.

6th Generation Stock Ale
Stock ales were once common among Americas family run breweries. 6th Generation Stock Ale features a unique blend of  malts and  the finest  hops from the Pacific Northwest.  Then the beer is finished  in the hopjack for the signature hop flavor. *4 IBUs and a special milling and endosperm mashing process make for a smooth and refreshing ale.

Devil Dog Stout - Bronze Medal Winner, World Beer Cup ***4
A foreign style stout also called Island stout, loaded with coffee and chocolate flavors and aromas.
Medium-bodied, black and highly hopped with a spicy rye note on the finish.
If you like iced coffee, you need to try this one.

ABV 7.1%. 

Goes well with chocolate cake (believe it or not). 
 
Do-Little IPA
Red Leg's take on the craft classic American IPA.
Where the trend today for many brewers is massive hop bitterness, Red Leg's IPA stands out as a well balanced beer with just enough hops up front to cut the sweetness.
While it is aggressively hopped, it is not bitter, as the hops are there for flavor and aroma.
Slightly malty, leaving a malty backbone with floral, fruity notes in the nose.

ABV 6.9%.

Pair with peppered steak, seasoned burgers, or Stilton blue cheese.  

Cutter Wit 
Belgian style Witbier (pale and cloudy in appearance due to it being unfiltered and the high level of wheat) that is perfect anytime of year.
Light-bodied and malty, and brewed with coriander and orange peel, giving the Cutter Wit a crisp, refreshing and citrus finish.

ABV 5.5%.

Perfect when paired with a spring salad or with apples and brie. 
 
Blue Nose Brown
An English style beer that is slightly Americanized with a slight increase in ABV.
Roasty malt, from the brown and chocolate malt, dominates the nose and flavor, and stays along with a caramel sweetness throughout.
Lightly hopped and finishes slightly dry and toasty.

ABV 5.8%. 

Pair with dryer, tangy cheese such as Bellavitano, which is a hard cheese with a nutty, fruity flavor, or aged white cheddar, burgers and grilled meats and fish.
 
Howitzer Amber
Another "tweaked" style resulting in a "kicked up" American amber.
Sweet malt dominates with toffee notes toward the middle.
Finishes with noble, sweet malt and a mild hop earthiness, along with a peppery spiciness.

ABV 6%.

Pair with grilled meats and fish, milder dry cheeses.
 
Sgt Pils
This is a classic American pilsner style. It is brewed with a fair amount of corn and fermented with a German lager yeast.
Lightly malty with mild hop bitterness resulting in a very balanced beer.
It is light and crisp and imminently refreshing. 

ABV 5.8%. 

Pair with cold cuts (slices of cooked meats), peppery salads, sausages and mild cheeses. 

Most craft beers are available primarily in glass bottles but we do have some varieties available in cans.
