The bag is made of special fabric, can be folded during transportation process, and greatly reduce the floor space of empty bag. In addition, the fabric is light in weight that is only 1.5% of full load weight and several times lighter than traditional test weight products. It has high strength and is very easy to transport and carry.

The water bag is pressed to be a model by using High-strength Heat Pressing Technology as a whole and the bag’s body can be interspersed by using high-strength fibrous slings, in order to make the lifting of water bag be fully guaranteed. It ensures the overall structure of water bag safe and firm to suppress the seams with special treatment. Each water bag’s safety factor is 1:6, so it can ensure that the bag won’t be influenced in extreme environment to avoid safety accident.

——Environmental——

This bag is made of **0% high-strength TPU coated polyester fabric material which is a kind of safe, environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials (with the relevant National Certificate). It’s cold-resistant, anti-seawater and oil-proof. The bag adapts to cold or hot zone for an ambient temperature of **0℃—*0℃ and can store fresh water, gasoline and other liquids for a long time as a storage container.

——Function ——

Test Weight experiment is the patent and the largest advantage of this water bag. It can be used in offshore oil drilling platform, various types of ocean-going vessels hoist and large

cranes lifting equipment load testing, deck strength testing and so on. At the same time, the water bag can store water, oil and other liquids as a long-term soft storage container in poor environment, and also can be used for material delivery and disaster rescue work.

1)    Test Weight Range：Each water bag’s weight can be adjusted within the rated weight. The weights between *5L and *0T are all available. (According to user requirement, the bag also can be customized specially.)

2)    Function：The water bag is applicable to weighing experiment and can also be used for saving fresh water, sea water, oil and other liquids according to the owners’ different purposes. It can also be used as a soft container in the operation site which has very poor environmental conditions.

3)    Test Weight Water Bag Colors：Orange.(Green, yellow, red and other colors are also available.)

4)    Water Bag’s Body Material：**0% high-strength TPU coated polyester fabric non-toxic environmentally friendly materials. It has a lot of performance, such as tensile, anti-extrusion, anti-folding, anti-tearing, anti-dropping, anti-seawater, oil–proof, wearable, fire-retardant and so on.

5)    The basic apparent shapes of test weight water bag are drop-shaped and cylindrical, and can also be customized according to the needs of users.

7)    Each water bag should contain the appropriate shackles and links. The shackles and links not only meet the rated working load demands of test weight water bag and accompany with a valid certificate, but also are anti-seawater and anti-corrosion.

8)    The designs and manufactures of water bag and accessories are fitted for National Standards of lifting equipment and rigging slings.

9) Usually up the inject water inlet of water bag’s body with end cover. Unscrew the cover and connect water injection line properly with the quick coupling when using the bag.

*0) Connect drain water outlet at the bottom of the water bag to water drain pipe line with the quick coupling. Install DN*5/mm drain valve at the end of the water drain line to drain and control the water.

*1) Notes:

 a) When using the water bag, you should not lay the water bag on the sharp objects, in order to avoid puncturing the water bag. Dragging is also prohibited.

 b)If the water bag is punctured (small area), you can continue to use it after gluing the broken place.

 c)After using, you should drain the liquid out of the water bag and put it on the ventilated and dry place.

*2) If you use the bag according to this instruction, the guarantee period is one year. The life cycle is more than five years and the water bag can be used continuously.
