Complete and return a "Non Circumvent & Non Disclosure agreement"; 2. Buyer issues the Letter of Intent (LOI) and a BCL to purchase and accepting the terms, conditions and price of Soft Offer; 3. Seller issues full corporate offer (FCO) in name of the Buyer; 4. Buyer issues the ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) to purchase and accepting the terms, conditions and price of FCO; 5. Seller issues a draft-contract to the Buyer by fax and e-mail for acceptance and signature; 6. Buyer signs and returns the signed draft-contract by fax and e-mail to the Seller. Seller simultaneously forwards four (4) hard copies of original final contract signed and stamped to Buyer by DHL or similar courier; 7. Buyer's bank confirms Proof of Funding (POF) to Seller's bank after return of hard copy contracts; 8. Seller bank confirms Proof of Product (POP) to Buyer's bank; 9. Sellers bank confirms availability of the Performance Bond (PB) to the Buyer's bank. The format / text of such Performance Bond (PB) to be supplied by the Seller's bank and approved by the Buyer's bank; *0. The aforesaid (7 & 8) to take place after the Proof of Funding (POF) has been supplied to Seller bank; *1. Buyer's bank confirms avail.
