Final price for buyer will be **0 US$ PMT, CIF, EU ports.

 Section 4: Terms & Conditions
 
Seller’s Payment Term
SBLC, Auto-revolving, irrevocable, confirmed, fully funded at sellers
Counter bank with proceedings ready to be release, payment at discharge Port.
 
Proof of Funds (POF)
Buyer will submit BCL or MT**9 as POF before Seller’s Bank can Release POP.
 
 Proof of Product (POP)
Seller’s Bank will release POP to Buyer’s Bank upon successful verification and acceptance of Buyer’s POF.
 
Performance Bond
The Seller will post 2% (two percent) PB via SWIFT Bank to Bank transaction.
 
Inspection
Will be conducted by SGS / equivalent at Port of Loading at Seller’s cost and SGS at Buyer's cost at Discharge port.
