We have our own Palm Plantation, Palm Mills and Palm Kernel Crushing and expelling Factory with a *0MT/day production capacity. Consequently we Guaranty a steady supply of our products to our buyers, thus reducing production breakdown due to non availability of raw materials for our customers.
However our production is classified into primary and secondary products.
Primary Products Include:
Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO):
Our Factory processes *0MT/day of Crude Palm Kernel Oil from our expelling plant, with low free fatty acid value (FFAV) of >5%. Therefore our buyers in the Food and Beverage industry are assured of the highest quality delivery of their raw materials for the production of Edible Vegetable Oil and non edible industrial oils, Lotions, Creams and Soaps
Palm Kernel Cake (PKC)
We process high quality Palm oil cake which is a by-product of our palm kernel oil expelling from our plant; making available a steady supply of PKC to our customers. Our products are highly treated by our quality control experts to reduce harmful chemicals that may affect the health of animals. Palm Kernel Cake is used as major source of protein in the production of both ruminant and non ruminant Animal meals.
Vegetable Oil
Vegetable oil and fat resources are essential to mankind as a source of nutrient and industrial raw materials. Refined vegetable oil is a process where free fatty acids are volatized, condensed and recovered simultaneously with vacuum de-colouring operation. Consequently, Crude Palm Kernel oil obtained from our expelling plant is further refined before use for edible or industrial purposes. Our state of the art Vegetable Oil Refinery Plants get best quality refined vegetable oil. Therefore we deliver highly efficient results with excellent oil quality to our buyers with a price that keep buyers highly satisfied.
 
 
Animal Feed
Protein is the important nutrient component in a feed ingredient and Palm Kernel Cake is categorized as low grade protein feed either as a whole meal or further processed to feed. therefore our factory and laboratory experts further process the PKC obtained as a by-product of our CPKO  expelling operations to present, hygienic or health harmlessness and homogeneity or stability animal feed to our buyers.
