SCQ**0 curved and inclined building hoist

During construction of some special building, such as cooling tower of power station whose wall is hyperbolic type in vertical direction, traditional hoist can not satisfy personel and material transportation. Thus, our company, allying with Institute of Building Mechanization China Academy of Building Research, exploited the first curved builder's hoist in China.

Main Features of SCQ**0 curved and inclined building hoist

1.The track of this building hoist is in curved shape and parallel to the exterior of the

building by special processing.

2.It adopts floating self-leveling mechanism to make sure the hoist moves keeping level along the curved line. It has been a lightspot of special building construction.

3.The inclined building hoist is applied to constructions with an inclined exterior..

4.The curved and inclined building hoists are widely used in such constructions as chimneys, cooling towers and bridges etc.

Remarks:

a.The recommended cage dimension(L*W*H)(m) of building hoist:2.0*1.0*2.5,2.5x1.2x2.5

we can also manufacture cages of other sizes according to users' requirements.

b.The cage and the door material of building hoists can adopt steel knitted mesh,galvanized

plate,punched-plate,figured board or other type according to users' requirements.

c.The surface of the mast and the tie-in of SCQ**0 building hoist can adopt paint-spray or

hot galvanizing processing.

d.Both domestic and imported driving systems(SEW) are available for our building hoist.
