Product Description

SFJ-W cutting wet superfine pulverizer is suitable to in-line production or recycling processing of various types of fiber materials. After imported from the device into the working chamber, materials will pass through multiple shear planes, causing hundreds of times combination action of strong shearing, impacting, grinding and cavity, which can make significant effects of wet superfine pulverization.
Characteristics
1.Cutting wet superfine pulverizer is widely used in wet superfine pulverization processing of aquatic products, cereal fiber, peel and dregs of fruits and vegetables, soft fibers of juices and condiments in food material. In order to fulfilling wet superfine pulverization processing requirements, equipments make full use of strong shearing action of mechanical shearing force to peel and dregs type soft fiber in materials.
2.Equipments fully absorb foreign advanced concept of controlled ultrafine cutting equipment in the stator and rotor structures and grasp their core components: one is using ultra-high speed to generate strong shearing force, which can achieve marked pulverization effect in soft fibers; the other is using superfine backlash to control fineness to achieve superfine pulverization requirements. Suction blades can ensure flowing materials sucked well to complete the superfine pulverization processing.

1. The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you *2 month after sales warranty.

2. Maintenance services: any malfunction happened, once you enquiry us, we will reply you within *8 hours except the special reasons.

3. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely. We guarantee will send it to customer by DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. If we have parts in our warehouse ,we will send within *4 hours, if we don't have it in our warehouse, we will manufacture it with our fast time.

We can also send our engineer to you factory to install the equipment and train your staff if you need, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Sellers engineer. 7. Inspection services: you can ask the third part inspection company or your inspector to inspect the products before shipment. Also, we will send the detail information for the machine, it include manual, video, photos, Circuit diagram etc.

8. Shipment document service: We guarantee that after receiving all of shipment files, we will send it to customer within *4 hours by DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. For Bill of loading, customer can choose original or Telex release.
