D-type Hydrapulper is more suitable for pulping OCC, comercial waste paper continually or in batch. It can discharge the heavy impurities form a separately settling box so as to protect equipment form damage by heavy partials, and also discharge plastic ***** to D-shaped vat, the way of generating turbulence in the conventional pulper has been changed, the turbulence is intensified and so the paper bale is quickly soaked into the liquid, in this way the moving path of waste paper in pulper is improved and the capacity of pulper ***** can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption and increase the specific capacity per unit of volume.
