1. Buyer issues ICPO in accordance to the seller's procedures.
2. Seller issues Draft contact for buyer and seller to sign mutually.
3. Buyer issues POF to guarantee seller his capability to purchase the product.
4. Seller verifies the POF and issues the buyer MOU of non performance to be signed by both parties incase any defaults.
5. After signing is completed, seller issues the PROOF OF PRODUCT to notify buyer the proof of product existence.
PPOP Includes the following:
I. Commitment to Supply.
II. Statement of Product Availability.
III. Passport of Product (Quantity & Quality) inspected by Russian Laboratory
IV. Shipping company Readiness to lift goods.
V. ATV
6. Buyer or Seller pays SGS directly to perform inspection on seller's product.
7. Upon receipt of the SGS REPORT from SGS, buyer confirms the report and pays *0% of the total cost of goods for the seller to arrange all logistics and shipment to the buyer destination port.

8. Seller commences the shipment to the destination port and issues all shipping documents to the buyer.
9. Upon arrival of the product at buyer's destination port, buyer inspects the product with the ATB issued by the seller.
*0. After inspection is complete, the buyer pays the outstanding *0% of the total cost of goods to the seller.
