Moreover, DROP crackl has got a very special light diffusing effect the whole surface of the transparent 
colorless glass lampshade is covered with crackles. So-termed craquelures are the result of putting a hot glass object into cold water for a couple of seconds. After that, for safety reasons, the lampshade has to be put into the furnace, which doesnt let the craquelures multiply and makes the product solid and durable.
