Production Introduction:

      Mainly for  contact/contactless pre-personalization and personalization encoding such as public transportation card, ID card and Social Security card.
      Sequential Production: Remark the failed card on-line in real time during production.
      Break Point Production: Not to remake the failed card during production, the remade card will be absent in the output magazine.

Configuration 

●   Input Module 
1 magazine. Max. capacity is **0 pcs.It can be customized.

●   OCR Module 
Character and bar code in the card can be read according to OCR.

●   Magnetic Encoding Module 
Both HICO and LOCO are available. 3 magnetic tracks can be encoded at the same time.

●   Personalization Encoding Module 
Double-interface encoding can be available. 1 contact reader and 1 contactless reader can be assembled in the same encoding station. The number of contact and contactless readers can be customized. 

●   Laser Marking Module 
Charaters, bar codes and photos can be marked. Marking accuracy is ±0.2mm.

●   Flipper 
Front side or back side printing can be realized according to system configuration.

●   Output Module 
1 magazine.Max. capacity is **0 pcs.It can be customized.

●   Control System 
Controlled by PLC which is intergrated inside the machine.

●   Data System 
1 set of Data System Software should be installed in the PC provided by customer.
