Our diamond discs are multi-layered. The stainless steel blank incorporates a high volume of diamonds on different levels and in various layers revealing new diamond grits with sharp edges to take the place of grains removed or broken from the plating during use. One of the main features that greatly affects the quality of our discs is the Titanium Nitride coating. Due to the variety of types they can be effectively use for contouring, trimming, finishing, separation etc. Diamond discs have proved successful on the following materials: carbides, ceramics, plaster, silicon, metal, natural stone etc. They are presented in four grit types and are manufactured in three basic types (standard, flex, super flex). Discs are presented in different forms: non-perforated, perforated etc.
