PROCEDURES:

• Buyer issues/submits their ICPO, KYC form with details/price/liters/etc on buyer's company letterhead attached with Proof of Funds (POF) in UNITED STATES DOLLARS. 

• We issue contract with all pertinent details to the buyer including proof of Product (PoP)

• We issue the commercial invoice. Buyer verifies all details details.

• Buyer conducts thorough due diligence. After positive due diligence..buyer pays the money.

• We verify.

• Buyer issues/submits upliftment schedule.We have highly professional and dedicated PERSONNEL located at all locations waiting to assist you with loading/pumping of diesel/petrol. 

• Buyer loads/fuel is pumped (Buyer takes possession of the fuel)

• Transaction complete.

(REASON/RATIONALE: FINAL PRICING & DISCOUNTS ARE BASED ON OR "DRIVEN" BY VOLUMES STATED ON THE COMPLETED AND RETURNED ICPO FORM AND ALL ATTACHED PERTINENT DOCUMENTATION)

Due to factors like volumes and whether spot or contract which are involved, factored into and form a pivotal part of developing and determining the final price, for this reason Buyer can only get the final price upon completion and issuance of the company ICPO & the KYC form with all pertinent documentation attached. Company policy so we don't waste our time and resources with "chancers" & time wasters and only confine ourselves to only serious, ready, willing and able buyers.

Since we are dealing directly and we've signed direct Contracts with Our primary Bulk supplier & Distributor, buyer is guaranteed the cheapest prices in the market.

We also confirm that the goods will be accompanied by all applicable licenses. If any, and any other documents including pumping and reloading of the products (free from cost) that may be required for "the goods" to be shipped at any from the storage to any destination nominated by buyer.

We further guarantee free access to the terminal and storage records and receipts to buyer and/or buyer representatives. Our staff/personnel on the ground will coordinate with you for this purpose.

Diesel *0PPM is a highly refined, middle distillate, hydrocarbon fuel, containing less than 0,**5% Sulphur by mass. Intended for use in all diesel engines, operating at any altitude. *0PPM Diesel is designed to remove and prevent deposits, enabling engines to deliver at improved driving experience.
