Overview 

● WDP***1 is specially used in HVAC system and water treatment for environment protection to monitor differential pressure and flow. In HVAC system, it is used to monitor differential pressure of heat exchanger in water chilling unit、differential pressure by-pass system、pump and filter. To measure differential pressure of automatic back flush filter for environment protection. 

● WDP***1 uses capacitance sensing technology that is recognized around the world for its proven reliability and performance. 

Three models against domestic customers’ requirements.

N (ordinary analogue type), G (conventional intelligent type) and S (standard intelligent type). The intelligent series could be reset to zero or recalibrated the measurement range in the field by local , through manual operator or Telecom Software to realize the passive calibration and date configuration.

Operation:

Process pressure is transmitted through isolator diaphragms and silicone fill fluid to a sending diaphragm located in the electronics housing. The sensing diaphragm is a stretched-spring element that deflects in response to differential pressure across it. Its displacement is proportional to the differential pressure. The differential capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitor plates is converted electronically to a ***0 mA DC signal.

Application

●Differential pressure and flow measurement:

Provides reliable measure of differential pressure、flow of heat exchanger of water chiller unit and range of the water chiller unit.

●Flow measurement:

Integral orifice plate provides accurate flow measurement and control.

●Differential pressure measurement:

Measure differential pressure of inlet and outlet of automatic backflush filter, and then judge whether to back flush or not.

●Fluid level control:

Measure pressure、fluid level of the storage tank and the pressure container.
