1.Queue Management System
Snappy queue management system is used to control the queue. Queue is the most dis-satisfier in all industry like, bank, Hospital, Airport, stores and Government institutions etc. snappy qms is the infinite resources to make the waiting time for getting served zero.
2.Content Management
Snappy QMS configured with Digital signage through web application and it's have the pre-defined templates for QMS to display the counter number and token number with advertisement information and scrolling text.

3.User Management
Add the Multiple users with user access rights. For Ex: Admin User can manage the all content and control the scheduling of the player. Operator can add only the Content to display in Main screen.

4.Snappy QMS In-Built With Web Server
Snappy QMS is easy, customizable and reliable. QMS system in-built with web application, it is used to manage the content in QMS integrated digital signage display. Through the web application, we can easily connect TD, Counter call unit, Digital signage system and LCD display with QMS server. And can able to see the list of device which is connected with QMS server.

5.Ticket Management
Ticket Format Settings, Ticket Reset Settings, Service Prefix.
You can select the prefix for the ticket number during the initial configuration of receipt settings in QMS server web application. It will generate the ticket with prefix For Ex: A1, B1 etc.

6.Graphical Reporting
Employee performance based reports.
Service based reports.

7.Service Categorization
QMS web application have the capable of adding multiple number of user defined services. You can group the particular services, and add sub-services under corresponding grouping services. Customer can choose multiple service at a single time and get processed by counter staff at the same time.

8.Email Alert Notification
Admin have the privileges to add his email ID to receive alert, if employee performance not good, and total number of customer waiting time increased in particular service and customer waiting time increased based on service category and also send alert for employee login, logout details.

9.Storage Management and Multi Language Support
