The DOJO TO GO is the only 4 in 1 training partner for mma and martial arts available today. It's patented design lets you use a traditional punching bag that can also be changed into a floor mat for stretching, rolling, throwing or any other ground work. Not only can you use the mat on the floor, the mat can also be attached vertically to a wall for protection against corner fighting and 2 on 1 combat. Mats of the same type can be attached side by side to create a large padded floor area by velcro attachments. The DOJO TO GO is so versatile it can be converted into a complete kicking station that holds a total of 6 targets. This allows 2 people to train together at the same time and eliminates the need of a person to hold the targets.
