The ways of getting rid of the wood oil have been changed Because pine /fir are rich of oil, it always smear the surface of primed products, so the wood used to be boiled for getting rid of the oil, but the wood strength, non-corrosibilty and durability will be reduced in this way, more over , the water will be polluted and wasted. Our new method: use high molecule and high adhesive force paint on the knot before the first coating, instead of boiling the wood. 2. Use wood fiber paint filler instead of gesso coating In order to smooth the products surface, gesso are used for coating in traditional ways, but the physical features between gesso and wood is very different, and the conglutination is low, and for some reason it get easily apart from the wood surface, like heating and cooling expansion, transporting, or striking cutting boring holes in using . Our method: crashing wood fiber to small particles with a kibbling machine, and mixed with environment protecting glue, make sure that the coating could be stick with the wood, and the coating have the same physical features with, so it couldn’t fall off easily. 3. The way of coating We have to give a high pressure to promote adhesion when we are coating on the wood surface. But now we use micro molecule glue to fit in with paint filler, in this way, the glue are saturated in the fiber gaps, guarantee a strong adhesive to bond filler and wood.
