Operation Principle
Model MGCZ*0 series gravity grains and husks separators can separate pure brown rice from mixture of grains and husks.
 As grains and husks have different density, size, rub, coefficient etc, the equipment working back and forth, makes the mixture classify. 
The heavy brown rice is down, and flow from the up of separator plates. The grains flow from the below, by which transports.
Structure 
It is composed of six units, such as inlet unit, separator box, outlet unit, support unit, eccentric transmission mechanism chassis.
a. Inlet unit is made up of even drip plate, adjustable send plate, and big mixed obstructed send slot.
 When the mixture flow in, the big mixed will be held back, through even drip plate and big mixed obstructed send slot.
 For catching the beautiful effects, adjustable send plate can freely control the flowing of each plate.
b. Separator box is made up of flute posts, plates and separate frame, are screwed on the bottom frame while support unit supporting. 
This can help each plate move consistently.
c. Outlet unit: there are classified plate and overturned plate in it, which connected with separator box.
 It moves freely, be suitable for small flowing, opening and stopping.
d. Support unit is consist of two group of posts, support shaft (setup roll bearing) and eccentric elevator, which is between support and chassis, two sides are symmetrical and help the box move stably and consistently.
 Eccentric elevator is very good, adjust inclination will be fit for the technology requirements.
e. Eccentric transmission mechanism is composed of main shaft, eccentric sheath, balance wheel, bearing seats, draw-connected poles and small shafts. Small bearing seat is connected with support, bearing seat connected with chassis. Electrical machinery transmits balance wheel; make the separator box more back and forth horizontally.
f. Chassis is welded with steels, electrical machinery install out of the chassis, safely and conveniently.
