DOUBLE COMPONENTS SILICONE SEALANT ADHESIVES FOR INSULATING GLASS WITH HIGH QUALITY 
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

- Two components, neutral curing, high elasticity, high modulus and high quality.

- Great cohesiveness for glass and metal and no pollution and corrosion for coated glass.

- After curing, product has characteristics of cold-resistant, heat-resistant, no corrosion, ageing-resistant, UV-resistant, ozone-resistant and no pollution to environment.

- Great compatibility with other neutral silicone. But compatibility test should be applied before usage.



MAIN APPLICATION

- The second bond seal for insulating glass.



INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Component A is white. Component B is black. The mix ratio is normally follow A:B = *0:1 (Volume ratio). After mixing the color will turn to gray-black. The detailed use instruction please check the relevant construction guidance.



CONSTRUCTION ATTENTION

- Not suitable for materials that can exude grease, plasticized or solvent, such as oiled wood surface.

- Not suitable for frost or wet surface.

- Not suitable for places of continuous soaking or wet year-round.

- Component B can react with the moisture in the air. So please don't expose component B in the air for a long time and sealed storage is required.



STORAGE CONDITION

Products should be stored in cool and dry place between **0ºC to *7ºC. The storage life of component A is *2 months and component B is 9 months.



PRODUCT COLOR

Component A is white. Component B is black. After mix A and B, the product will be gray-black.



PACKAGE

Component A: Metal drum. Net volume **0L/drum.

Component B: Plastic drum. Net volume *9L/drum.



SAFETY INSTRUCTION

This product is not toxic after completely cured. But before it cured, the user should avoid contact with eyes. If accidentally contact with eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and seek for medical treatment.

Uncured products should avoid child contact.
