This equipment is used in filling noncarbonated drink such as pure water,mineral water packed in polyester bottles.Washing,filling and capping are integrated in one machine,It has scientific and reasonable design,beautiful appearance,complete funtions,easy operation and maintenance,a high degree of automation.The most advanced technology Italy and Germany is employed in the design,the gravity fixed liquid surface is used.The filing is fast,the amount of liquid surface is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided. Spring cramps are used in bottle washing process,The empty bottle can be turned over **0°along the conveying rail.There are two times of internal and external washing,the efficiacy of washing is high.The magnetic torch is used for crew capping,the power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.The power of capping can also be fixed and the caps will not be damaged,the capping is realiable.The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch screen as human-machine interface.The amount of drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automaticly.The filling and capping can be stopped when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or bottles are not available,the machine can be stopped automaticly.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed steplessly.The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
