A***1 PU Binder is specially formulated for using with recycled rubber to manufacture rubber mats or tiles in molding system.

A***1 PU Binder is used to produce various finished products in mould production system; e.g. Interlocking pavers or other kinds of rubber mats which are commonly used for safety playground surfaces, walking areas, schools, etc...

Open Time for EPDM: 1 hour

Full Mechanical Endurance: *4 hours
Water Resistance: Durable
The amont of use(mold) SBR: SBR *1% + Colour pigments 3% + Binder 6%
The amont of use(mold) EPDM: EPDM *0% + Binder *0%

Application:

At moulding systems; A***1 PU Binder is mixed with rubber granules in the ratio of 6% in a mixer and mixed well until getting homogenous mixture. If required, colour pigments are also added into the mixture.
The mixture is laid in the moulds and pressed under **0C***0C for ***0 mins. according to the desired thickness of the edn product.
