DY-SPU single unit polyurethane waterproof coating uses isocyanate, polyether polyol as main materials,coupled with accelerator,plasticizer,additive through careful synthesis.Its film solidifying mechanism is:thre is a chemical reaction of the NCO hydroxyl of polyurethane prepolymer with air or moisture vapor of base surface,it's a kindof new generation and environmental friendly waterproof coating.It can form a harmless,tasteless,high elasticity rubber waterproof film and also can be used on wet substrate.

Construction guideline
1) Application surface be dry (water content<9%), smooth, solid, no oil or dust, ambient temp 5℃~*5℃.
2) Stir product thoroughly, use plastic/rubber scraper to coat it onto surface. Better do it in 2~3 separate passes,  with a thickness of 0.7~0.8mm per pass. Only do the next pass when the previous pass is hard dry, normally a *4h interval is needed (longer in unventilated or cold environment).
3) Coat the next pass vertically to the previous pass, corners and pipe roots need fabrics as reinforcement.
4) Before the last pass gets dry, sand can be sparsely placed on top of the coating to strengthen its bonding ability with the following protective layer.
5)Do not walk on top of the coating before it is hard dry to avoid any damage.
6)Protective layer can be built after the waterproofing layer is hard dry.
7)Reference amount: 1.5mm thickness requires liquid coating 2.0kg~2.2kg/㎡, 2.0mm thickness requires liquid coating 2.7kg*2.9kg/㎡.
Packing and usage
USAGE:
1) 1.0mm thickness: required amount is 1.**1.5kg/m².
2) 1.5mm thickness: required amount is 2.**2.3kg/m².
3) 2.0mm thickness: required amount is 2.**3.2kg/m².

Lay glass fiber cloth or non-woven fabric on substrate surface before applying the coating, giving a reinforcement to the coating membrane. 
Storage and Cautions
1) Store the product in a dry, cool place, set and stack the barrels upside down, keep the product from sunlight & moisture, keep storage temperature below *0℃.
2) Prevent product from strong sunlight, rain, impact and damage during transportation.
3) Expiration date for a fully sealed and well stored product is *2 months.
4) Use up the material once the barrel is open, any left material shall be fully sealed.
5) Application ambient temperature shall be above 5℃, keep the site ventilated.
6) After long storage, a skin may form on top of the liquid coating inside the barrel. This is normal. Just get rid of it before application.
7) Before the coating gets hard dry after application, protect it from any damage.
