Mixed bed system:
The role
of mixed-bed system is to further remove
the residual ions in the water after reverse
osmosis system. After the pre-desalination reverse
osmosis devices, most of the salt ions in raw water
has been removed. But the calculation made by specific software
of the reverse osmosis membrane shows that
RO water cannot reach the boiler
feed water quality requirements. There need further
desalt of mixed bed to meet the demand. Mixed bed use evenly mixed
anion and cation resin to exchange with the cation and anion in the
water. That is similar to numerous cation bed and anion bed series,
thus to get a good quality of water production.
Mixed bed can
run automatically or in manual operation according
to user requirements.Mixed
bed regeneration contents backwash, replacement, into
the acid, into the alkali, flush, mix and other
processes.
EDI:
EDI (electrodeionization)
super pure water equipments is a deep desalination device, with
treating the supply water of power plant according to the EDI
technology. The EDI is core technology of preparation pure water
and super pure water. It mix together the technology of
electrodialysis and ion exchange. The function combine selective
permeability which realized by exchange membrane of cation and
anion and exchange interaction which realized by ion exchange resin
make the ion directional migration under DC field. Though this
process the supply water can be deep desalted and the yield water
can amount to *5M&branded;.cm. Accompanying the
desalination, the hydrion (H+) and hydroxyl (OH-) produced by water
ionized can make the ion exchange resin regenerate. So the yield
water can produced continuously with no acid-alkali chemical
regeneration.
