Agarose is linear polymer, its basic structure is a long chain alternatively connected by 1, 3 linked β -D- galactose and 1, 4 link 3, *- ether -L- galactose.Agarose is generally dissolved in water when heated up to *0º C, good semi solid gel will be formed when temperature drops to ****0 º C, this character is the main feature and basic for its wide uses. Agarose gel properties are usually expressed by gel strength. 

 

It has more careful gel structure and higher resolution ratio, it is suitable for DNA/RNA electrophoresis. It will be melted below *5º C and suitable for recycling of gel. 

 

It takes the original green technology, organic solvent is not used in whole producing process, which can reduce environmental pollution and decrease the impact on the operator and sample product.
