Asphalt emulsion is a system that is composed of dispersion of asphalt particles in water homogenously by use of several chemical substances. Asphalt emulsions are produced by mixing. With particular ratios according to the desired application area and passing them through a colloid mill. Asphalt emulsions are named ANIONIC or CATIONIC according to the type of emulgator used in the production process.The system can be operated manually or automatically by use of PLC and operating panel that are needed for automatic operation. Operating temperatures can be followed on operating panel, System safety is provided by using each engine that is used in emulsion production in turn.
