Based on the
current refractories for domestic cement production and the
powerful research ability of the Beijing University, Luzhong
Refractory Group developed the heat-insulating and
energy-conserving harrows for the second generation new dry-process
cement production lines.
Harrows are mainly used in preheaters, hoods of kiln outlet and
coolers which have more castables and heat-dissipation. The
heat-dissipation of the parts with castables is mainly caused by
the thermal conduction of castables and harrows. Since outside the
castables are the heat-insulating calcium silicate boards, the
thermal-dissipation is mainly caused by the thermal conduction of
harrows. Since the large number and high thermal-conductivity of
heat-resistant steel harrows led to a high thermal-dissipation, our
group developed the energy-conserving harrows with low
thermal-conductivity after lots of research tests.
