Composite stones of quartz are finished products of a mixture of quartz chips and polyester resin compressed in a vocuum condition. Quartz is a substance well-known for its hardness which guarantees the excellent physical and mechanical properties of composite quartz stone, such as hardness, resistance to abrasion, resistance to chemical acidity and shochresistance. Thus they can satisfy applications in crowded locations and are also appreciated in applications such as kitchen-tops, table-tops and as other furnishing components.
