EPE Foam Machine Features And Uses 1. EPE foam sheet is soft, flexible and shock-proof. It's used for the packaging of furniture, electrical appliance, glass, ceramic utensil, exactitude apparatus, meter, hardware, machine parts, and packing and inside lining of suitcases, hats and shoes. After laminating and thickening, it can be used as lining material in cartons for large size electrical appliance and sports cushions, for mositur-roof of floor, warm-keeping of refrigeratory, etc. 2. The extruding part of screw can reduce *0~*0% electrical power comsumption and the production cost after the processing of heat preservation, energy-saving and heating by frequency conversion of machine. 3. The foam part of screw adopts inner and outer water cooling method to ensure stable temperature and good quality of EPE foam products. 4. EPE foam machine can produce various specification EPE sheet, foam pipe, foam bar and foam net by changing extrusion forming mould and tractor. 5. Optional auxiliary equipments: Automatic material-drawing machine, recycling granule-making machine, cutting machine, hydraulic punch machine and thickening machine
