High pressure glass fiber reinforced epoxy pipe system are widely used in the oil field mainly as the oil/gas gathering pipeline, sewage disposal pipe line, the casing and down-hole tubing of water injection wells, also used as acid, alkali and salt medium transportation pipelines in the chemical industry as well as above ground pipelines such as fire pipelines. The high pressure epoxy FRP pipe has long service life, lower fluid resistance, without secondary pollution in transportation, excellent thermal insulation properties, and the advantages of lower cost. Our equipment was developed and researched by adopting Italian technology which is advanced in the world. High pressure epoxy FRP pipe is a kind of composite pipeline that glass fiber and epoxy resin were combined by the special technology through pipe winding, curing, mandrel striping and pressure testing process. It is a kind of filament winding type pipe product. In the pipe winding process, the glass strand move from head end of mandrel to the pin end and then turn to back continually with constant winding angel. The axial strength and hoop strength of the finished pipe are determined by the accuracy of winding pattern and angle. The curing process is the key technology of high pressure FRP pipe because the strength of interface between the glass fiber and resin and the leaking resistance property of the finished pipe are determined by this process. The internal curing technology for high pressure epoxy FRP pipe manufacturing combine the filament winding, pipe curing and striping process together. The winding machine with four spindles is able to wind two pipes at a time also able to cure four pipes at a time. The production processes is controlled by computer completely, which with multiple excellent properties such as accuracy and smooth controlling, easy operation and simplify process, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and stable product quality.
