Products replace traditional products including Fuller's earth that are used to remove acids. Fuller's earth slowly add dissolved metal contaminants to the lubricant/fluid and will eventually deposit on servo valves, and will cause servo sticking and turbine trips. EPT product eliminates servo valve trips caused from dissolved metals. The EPT product quickly removes dissolved metals and reduces acid number to new fluid value. Cost savings greater than 7million dollars by a single power station using the EPT product. EPT can offer retrofit packages to existing turbines and also offer filtration equipment that can remove a wide variety of contaminants.
