ETHYLENE / EOEG UNIT
Heat pump compressor
In the debutanizer of the ethylene plant, the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the tower is small.The energy consumption of can be greatly reduced by using heat pump distillation to compress the top gas and heating the tower bottom.The screw type heat pump compressor can adapt to the partial liquefaction in the compression process.

Refrigeration compressor 
Such units are mainly used to compress methane gas in the ethylene plant. Dry compression is adopted, the temperature is higher, and the technical difficulty is great. The high temperature exhaust gas can be used as the regeneration of desiccant in the dryer.

Recovery gas compressor
At present,the main technology of EOEG is Shell and SD.The recovery gas compressor is mainly used to replace labyrinth compressor. It has less stages and less wearing parts,especially suitable for larger scale EOEG.For the oxygen content in this unit is high, liquid inject screw compressor is adopted, whose temperature is controllable and safety is high.

PROPANE DEHYDROGENATION UNIT
Dehydrogenation tail gas compressor
The tail gas from propane dehydrogenation is rich in hydrogen, which can be recovered by PSA.The two-stage screw compressor can directly compress the tail gas to the pressure required by PSA.It has few vulnerable parts, which can ensure the longterm stable operation.

BOG compressor
This kind of unit is mainly used for flash steam recovery of normal pressure & low temperature propane tank (or propylene tank). The *-stage is adopted to make the temperature of compression process controllable. At the same time, it can ensure oil free strictly, to prevent contamination of raw materials,and meet the requirements of UOP and other process.Compared with labyrinth compressor,larger recovery and longer running cycle can be reached.

C4 Isomerization Unit
The isomerization compressor is mainly used for the process gas compression at the front of the C4 stripping tower. In the process, the exhaust gas temperature is controlled by spraying isomerate oil, and the pollution of the gas is prevented. The regenerative gas compressor is mainly used for regeneration of isomerization catalyst.The outlet gas temperature is controlled by spraying water in the compression process. The large pressure ratio can be achieved at a single stage to meet the pressure drop requirement of the whole regeneration process.

Desoription gas compressor
After recovering hydrogen from propane dehydrogenation tail gas, the remaining desorption gas can be used as good fuel after being compressed by screw compressor.The screw compressor can adapt to the pressure fluctuation and the dust produced at the end of the life of the adsorbent.

Butadiene Production Unit
Butadiene compressor is a domestic project of SINOPEC major localization equipment in ***9, and we undertake the R&D task.In***0, our company successfully completed the design and manufacture of the butadiene screw compressor unit in China. It was officially put into operation in Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company.

C4 Alkylation Unit
With the progress of C4 alkylation, the reaction heat will lead to the continuous volatilization of C4 .The screw compressor is used to directly compress and condense the volatile gas and return it to the reactor to maintain the energy balance of the system. The large-scale variable-frequency regulating capacity of screw compressor can ensure that the energy consumption level of the device decreases linearly under partial load conditions.

ETHYLBENZENE STYRENE UNIT
Hydrogen compressor
Along with the scale expansion of Styrene plant(single),the volume of hydrogen generated is increasing. Compare with reciprocating compressor,screw compressor is becoming the preferred type of hydrogen compressor.

Styrene tall gas compressor
In ***3, our company successfully developed styrene tail gas screw compressor. It was applied to the **0 thousand tons/year styrene plant of Changzhou Dohow Chemical Co. Ltd.. Sofar, we have more than *0 sets of field cases.Along with the maturing of the large screw compressor manufacturing technology,present single unit has been able to meet the demand of **0 thousand tons/ year styrene unit.

Aromatics Complex
The process gas is mainly H2 and C1~C3 with hard catalyst particles, small molecular weight, and easy fluctuation of inlet condition.

Dry gas compressor
Such units use oil-free jet screw compressor to achieve gas pressurization. The compression process uses injection of diethylbenzene to control the exhaust temperature, which is suitable for the fluctuation of intake and exhaust pressure.

Alkyl Benzene Unit
The core of this unit is the dry screw compressor, and its content of H2 is over *0%. Compared with reciprocating compressor, the utility model has small occupation area and can realize long period operation.

Split Oil Separator
This device is used to extract unsaturated olefin from pyrolysis oil, such as propylene, butene and butadiene.The screw compressor provide different grades of cold source for the device. It is open refrigeration unit, and the refrigerant is the product itself, such as propylene, butylene, etc.. This unit has *-stage compression with inter-stage gas supply and high process control requirement.
