THE PRINCIPLE - ETP Keyless Bushes
ETP bushes consist of a thin walled cylinder filled by a 'medium'. When this medium is pressurised, they tend to expand the thin walled cylinders and grip both the shaft and the component at the same time. Blaise Pascal's theory - put into practice. Using this simple principle, ETP launched Classic Bushes, then the ETP Classic in Stainless Steel - ETP Mini was introduced to cater to small shaft diameters, from 6 to *4mm. Later ETP HYLOC for heavy duty applications was followed by ETP TECHNO, which provided very high concentricity (needed in certain applications - upto 6 micron runout. The ETP range offers :
