1. Brief Introduction
Solar packaging film (EVA) of a thermosetting adhesive film used in laminated glass intermediate (EVA is Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Vinyl Acetate for short). Since the EVA film in adhesion, durability, optical characteristics have advantages, such that it is more and more widely used in current components and a variety of optical products.

2. Advantages 
(1) High transparency, high adhesion can be applied to a variety of interfaces, including glass, metal and plastics such as PET.
(2) Good durability can resist high temperatures, moisture, UV and so on.
(3) Easy to store. Stored at room temperature, EVA adhesion unaffected by moisture and water absorption of the film.
(4) Compared to a stronger effect of noise PVB, especially high frequency sound
(5) Low melting point, easy flow, can be applied to all kinds of laminated glass technology, such as patterned glass, tempered glass, curved glass, etc.

3. Processing Method
Making a good glass placed in a vacuum bag, vacuum degree ≥**0mmHg (0.**2Mpa), a temperature of ******0 ℃ (the actual temperature of the glass surface), incubated for *0 minutes, cooled to below *0 ℃, unloading vacuum.
