Biomass briquetting machine is one kind machine can convert
biomass waste into new energy products. It mainly work with 3
parts: power driving part, forming part and discharging
part.Â
Power driving
part:
There is the motor install here. Motor connect with the main
shaft and electric contral box. Upon the machine start, motor
will pass power to main shaft
directly.
Forming
part:
There are 4 main parts works in this part, screw conveyor,
wear-proof casting, heating circle and forming
mould.
(1),screw propeller
After your put the ready material into hopper. The screw
propeller will screw material forward. So material will be
extruded into the next part-Wear-proof
casting.
(2),wear-proof
casting
This is part has the function to protect machine mold. So it is
helpful to last mold lifespan.Through this part, material will
be extruded into the next part-Forming
mould.
(3),Forming mould
There are heating circle around the forming mould. During
material staying in forming mould, it will accept high
temperature which pass from the heating circle. Because of
biomass material includes one kind natural binder. Thus it will
be released out and formed into high density
briquettes.
(4),Heating circle
This part has the function to heat machine. Meanwhile, it is
the most important part to form material into
briquettes.
Discharging
part:
There is the automatic cutter install here. So it can cut
briquette with the length what you want
automatically.
